The Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH4 was the world's first mirrorless camera to record 4K video at a consumer price point, featuring a 16MP Live MOS sensor and Cinema 4K (4096x2160) recording at up to 200 Mbps. It became widely adopted by independent filmmakers and offered 1080p at 96fps for slow motion. The GH4 is a landmark body in Panasonic's Lumix GH cinema series.

Following bugs are fixed:
- In VFR (Variable Frame Rate) shooting mode, there were cases where the image stabilization did not operate when non-Panasonic interchangeable lens is used. This bug has been fixed.
