ASUS ROG STRIX B660-G GAMING WIFI is a mATX Intel B660 board for LGA1700 processors from Intel Core 12th through 14th Gen, with four DDR5 slots up to 128GB. It has a PCIe 5.0 x16 slot, two M.2 slots, four SATA ports, 2x2 Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, Intel 2.5Gb Ethernet, and a BIOS FlashBack button on the back panel.

What's new in version 4005

Enhanced memory performance, system stability, and compatibility with CXMT memory chips for improved low-latency operation. Updating this BIOS will simultaneously update the corresponding Intel ME to version 16.1.40.2765. The ME version will remain updated even if you roll back to an older BIOS later. We recommend using EZ Flash to update the BIOS, as it supports ZIP format and auto-updates the ME. If using USB BIOS FlashBack, ensure the ME version matches the BIOS version and rename the BIOS file with BIOSRenamer before proceeding. Before running the USB BIOS Flashback tool, please rename the BIOS file (SB660G.CAP) using BIOSRenamer.
